A 60-day cruise circling the Australian Coast was terminated in the wake of the tragic passing of an senior lady who was left behind by the cruise liner on a remote tropical isle.

The passenger had been trekking on the remote island with shipmates from the cruise ship, but parted ways from the excursion for a break. The ship departed without her and returned after some time after the crew discovered the woman was unaccounted for.
